We had a wonderful lunch here with some friends. The sweet caring lady who brought us our food was such a delight. And of course we couldn't leave without one or five of their delicious pastries! I had a raspberry and coconut piece of heaven. I think I might need an extra birthday this year just so I can come back two more time! Thank you for your hospitality.

I'm so happy I went here. Everyone is so nice and everything we bought tasted delicious and fresh! We got: Chocolate lovers delight Chocolate brownies Cream and chocolate filed puff pastries and scones. Chocolate chip cookies Sprinkled soft cookies Red velvet cupcakes Regular coffee Caramel frappe I recommend everything we tried that are listed above. Really was fresh, tasty, and delicious. They have such a large variety of options that it is hard to choose. They have a small seating area you can sit inside and enjoy. Also, they have a deli with a good selection. They have all sizes of cakes available, including different types of individual cakes and cupcakes and a variety of cookies! Will be back!

Very delicious bakery and their coffee is super good! They hand melt the chocolate into the coffee for their mochas and their whip cream is handmade and heavenly! Their muffins are so moist but have the perfect muffin top and We will just say we have not had an item that wasn’t delicious and fresh. The prices were very reasonable and inexpensive. The bakery was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Extremely disappointed! I've heard nothing but great things about this bakery, so I decided to try it for my Mother in laws retirement party. When I walked in to order, I was ignored for a solid 5 minutes until I finally spoke up to get some help, the lady who decided to finally help me was rude, and continued to get annoyed when I asked questions about my options. After all was said and done, I was quoted $44 for a double layer 8 inch, which I thought was quite a bit, but hey, for great cake, sometimes you have to pay more. I was fine with it until I picked up the cake. It looks horrible, and I was embarrassed to present this to everyone at the party. The sides were caving in, and the boarders looked like my 4 year old did them. The writing on the cake looked sloppy and rushed. For that price I expected better! I won't be going back there that's for sure!

So this is a a continued review from Julia Dillard anyways they told me that they don’t do anything hand free they don’t do any drawings. So I asked them then what can they do, they said they can put flowers on it. So then I told her ok put yellow and purple flowers since purple was the teachers favorite color and then make the writing black. I said basically make it yellow black and white because it’s going to be a bee theme and an idea popped In my head that I can just find bee cake toppers and do it myself. So then I asked the lady on the phone if she thought that the purple would look weird with a yellow white and black cake and she responded to me in a rude way saying she doesn’t know that it was my cake and to put what I wanted on it. I replied with well it would have been nice to have some feedback on what they thought. It was silent for a minute and I said forget the purple just yellow and white flowers with black writing. I told her to put happy retirement Mrs. ***** I am not going to put the name due to privacy. After all that giving my info she asked when I needed it and I said tomorrow morning when they open at 9. She said that it would be ready. I have them 24 hour notice. she never asked for a payment or anything and she said that it would be ready tomorrow at 9 and we hung up. The next morning I go in and tell her my order name and she brings out this lopsided un even cake places it on the counter to show me and the chocolate shavings started to fall off. She looked and didn’t even say anything. I read what it said and the name on the cake was mispelled!! The first letter should have been a V and they put a B! I was very clear over the phone. I told her the problem and I will say she did apologize and took it to the back to have the decorator fix it. They swiped the B and put a V. When I tell you that it looks like my 2nd grader wrote this I mean it!!! She didn’t even give me a discount or anything. I didn’t ask because yes it was fixed, but you can see where they wiped it. It just looked horrible! But what could I do? I had previously bought some bee cake toppers so I kept thinking everything will be ok I will fix it. So u went home fixed it the best I could. If it wasn’t for my decorations this cake would have been so ugly!!!! Horrible quality. I am just so disappointed. On top of that my dad had bought 5 cakes in the last year from them and 3 out of the 5 cakes he bought had the wrong filling in it. My dad told them and they just said they were sorry. My dad gave them the benefit of the doubt since he has been going there for over 20 years. When my dad told them about it again while he was ordering the next cake he asked Them to make sure the filling was Bavarian cream. They insisted it would be Bavarian cream. Well fast forward to the baby shower and we cut open. The cake and it was NOT Bavarian cream!!! I would not recommend this place anymore. I am seriously thinking about finding somewhere else to go. Taking a gamble on 60 dollar cakes is ridiculous! I pay good money. It shouldn’t be this way plus the people there are absolutely rude. Every year for the past three years I have ordered the chocolate ganache cake for my husband’s birthday, which is his favorite. This year unfortunately, it did not turn out so festive. The second slice into the cake, accompanied a piece of wax covered college ruled notebook paper. I put a halt to the party and an end to the cake festivities. I returned the cake the next day and received no apology from staff. Instead, I received an explanation that that is how they mark the cakes that they don’t normally make, they had unfortunately forgotten to remove the wax covered paper for that cake. I did receive a full refund. We will never order a cake from this business again. And I am glad that none of my guests eat any of this.!!

According to my mother, Larson's has been around even before I was born, and I'm glad they're still doing well. They have a delicious and varied selection of desserts and other baked goods, and over the years, I've been able to try a lot of their menu. Everything tastes fresh and homemade. Some of the selections can taste a bit sweeter than I would personally prefer, but I think there's something here for everyone. I favor the red velvet cupcakes and their breads. Friendly and fast service as well, and the treats come at good prices for their quality. I'll keep coming back for more whenever I am craving things from a bakery.
